JIB CRANES
Description
Jib cranes are types of lifting equipment that consist of a horizontal arm (jib) mounted onto a vertical pole or wall. They are used to lift and move heavy loads within a limited radius, often in industrial settings such as warehouses, factories, and construction sites. Jib cranes are versatile and can be either fixed in position or designed to rotate, allowing for efficient material handling in various applications.
Our product line offers capacities ranging from 0.25 to 20 tons, with arm spans extending from 2 to 10 meters. Arm rotation can be operated manually or with a motor. Our column-mounted jibs offer a 180° rotation angle, while our self-supporting column cranes provide up to 360° rotation.
Column Mounted Jib Cranes
We offer versions with capacities ranging from 0.25 tons to 2 tons and arm spans of 2 to 7 meters. They are mounted to the column using either wrapping or anchoring methods. With the frequency inverter integrated into the rotation mechanism, our cranes enable smooth and precise movements.
Self Column Jib Cranes
Designed for transporting medium to heavy parts, our cranes feature manual rotation for loads up to 1 ton capacity and motorized rotation for loads between 2 and 20 tons. Our production includes options with capacities up to 12.5 tons with a 7-meter arm length, and up to 20 tons with a 5-meter arm length. In marine applications, we use corrosion resistant paint and stainless panels. With the integration of a frequency inverter in the rotation mechanism, the cranes ensure smooth and precise movements.
